1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this store and any digital items, ranks, perks, or other virtual goods ("Items") you purchase here for use on our Minecraft server network. By placing an order you agree to these Terms in full.
2. Not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft
This store and our server are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang AB, Microsoft, or any of their partners. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang AB.
3. Digital items
All Items are virtual goods delivered to your in-game account. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. They remain ours at all times. Purchasing an Item grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use it on our network while it remains available.
4. Delivery
Items are normally delivered to your account within a few minutes of a successful payment, provided the username or account details you supplied are correct. You are responsible for entering the correct in-game name. We are not liable for non-delivery caused by incorrect details.
5. Availability and changes
We may add, remove, modify, re-price, or discontinue any Item, rank, perk, or server feature at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that any Item or feature will remain available for any particular length of time. No refund is owed if an Item or feature is later changed or removed.
6. Conduct
Items do not exempt you from our server rules. Cheating, exploiting, harassment, or other rule-breaking may result in removal of Items, suspension, or a permanent ban without refund.
7. All sales are final
Because Items are delivered to your account immediately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Limited exceptions apply — see our Refund Policy.
8. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us first is considered fraud and a breach of these Terms. It will result in an immediate and permanent ban of the associated account(s) across our network and forfeiture of all purchased Items. See the Refund Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
The store and all Items are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or any Item.
10. Eligibility
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to buy from this store. By ordering you confirm that this is the case.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of residence, and any dispute will be handled in its courts. Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
